AN IDEA TO HELP HOMEOWNERS KEEP THEIR HOMES
I think it is shameful and offensive that Bank of America is profitable while it does nothing to help homeowners stay in their homes. BoA should be nationalized, and all its mortgages marked to market, and the interest rates on those mortgages should be CD rates + 1%. This is the only way we are going to bring the country back on its feet and restore the middle class. (I am only talking for one-home families. People who buy houses for investment can buy at higher rates.)
