Unfair and cheap
I had closed my account and was paying it off and was getting charged over a $100+/yr processing fee charges. I was not making any charges to the account — just payments — monthly and was not getting any statements mailed to me. Everything was done online. This in addition to the interest charges. I will never have anything to do with them. I called, spoke with a manager and they would not take the processing annual fee off.
