Short sale with bank of america.
For 2 years I tried to sell my condo in Florida in a short sale. They turned down 3 decent offers. I finally gave up. I could no longer afford my mortgage so ( was resigned to foreclosure.
Now 4 years later they are sending me notices raising my payment by $100 per month. They offer no help at all and do not deal in good faith. I have moved and I am not talking to or attempting to deal with them any longer. They can have the property. Not dealing with them anymore has changed my life. Unfortunately, they gave me no choice.
