Maybe during my lifetime
Am disabled with recurrent cancer, and have missed 2 mortgage payments due to a mountain of medical expenses. Have been trying for over 2 years to convince BOA to modify my mortgage loan or otherwise help me. Stonewalling me at every turn, BOA has still not done anything substantive to help me, just keeps piling on late fees, reportedly losing documentation I’ve sent or inventing document submittal deadlines without informing me of them and sending threatening letters, in addition to giving various excuses for their lack of meaningful response. Kinda like requesting assistance from a fencepost!
